Account Recovery Policy

Attention All Warlords,

Please make sure to copy down your CS Code and Alliance Code for safe measures. In order to do an account recovery, we will require it. Without that information, we will not be able to recover your lost account.

How to Acquire CS Code:
1. Click on Menu
2. Click on Game Info
3. Write down your CS Code

How to Acquire Alliance Code:
1. Click on Alliance
2. Write down your Alliance Code

Do not share your CS Code or personal information with anyone.

Hacked/Stolen/Trading/Selling Account Policy

Hi Warlords,

Due to an influx of reports regarding many players attempting to hack, sell, have sold, trade, or bought an account.

We do not tolerate these actions.

All accounts that are reported will be under close surveillance.

Any account found violating our terms of service will be perma-banned. We will not be able to retrieve any accounts that were claimed to be hacked or stolen. This will help to eliminate the possibly of scammers attempting to sell, retrieve, and sell again.

*Bans will not be solely based on screenshots. We will investigate each account thoroughly.

Please do not share your CS Code or personal information with anyone.

Transferring Data Between Devices

Hi Warlords!

This is a friendly reminder to make sure that you complete a data upload to save your data if you would life to transfer your game before switching to a new device!

Follow these steps on your old device:

1. Click on Menu
2. Click on Change Device
3. Click Data Upload

On your new device:

1. Click Menu
2. Click on Change Device
3. Click Data Download

This will help to prevent data loss and you can enjoy your game on a new device

GAMEVIL USA Forum Code of Conduct:

Disciplinary action for violating forum rules will typically take one of the following forms, depending on severity:

• Warning
• Temporary Ban
• Permanent Ban

1. We encourage our players to create fun and innovative forum names that can distinguish themselves to the rest of the forum community. When choosing a forum name please be mindful of the community and refrain from using any names that contain profanity, sexual language/actions, and impersonating GAMEVIL employees. This includes abbreviations, slang, and other bypasses. Inappropriate forum names will result in the account banned from the forums.

2. We will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks, harassment, name & shame, or purposeless inflammatory posts. Any abuse towards our Community Managers, in any form, will not be tolerated. If behavior is deemed to be toxic, Community Managers may ban forum members without notice.

3. We will not tolerate inappropriate, sexual, vulgar, discriminatory or offensive language of any sort, this includes simulated, insinuated and abbreviated swearing. We ask that all posts pertain to our games and posts referring to illegal activities (drugs, pirating, crimes), Sexual activities and Terms of Service abuse such as hacking, account trading, and account selling will be removed from the forums and the poster could face ban from the forums. This policy also includes inappropriate or profane language that could offend players who read them. Community Managers have a final say on what is deemed inappropriate and there will be no chance for appeals.

4. GAMEVIL encourages players to be active on the forums and feel safe while doing so. This means that spamming another player on their thread or creating a thread to denigrate another player will not be tolerated. Any player found spamming, harassing or flaming another player on the forums will have the posts removed and could face a ban from the forums.

5. We understand that players may have strong feelings toward a specific subject. However please refrain from creating multiple threads of the same topic or discussions to overwhelm the forums. Bumping (repeated posting on a thread to keep it going or visible) is also not allowed. Players found in violation of this will have the threads deleted and may be subject to forum ban.

6. Advertising referral websites, phishing websites, or other malicious links is strictly prohibited. This also includes threads that contain links to non-GAMEVIL games. Any players found posting these types of threads will be banned from the forums.

7. Always post in the correct channel. Unrelated posts will be deleted or moved. Any groups created within the GAMEVIL forums must be pertaining to GAMEVIL or GAMEVIL titles. Any created groups found to be related to any other subjects will be deleted and the creator of said groups could face actions taken against their GAMEVIL forum account.

8. Players found to be posting unapproved, unannounced, or unofficial content based on speculation is subject to deletion, or temporary account suspension. Action taken is based on severity of infraction. This includes speculated future content notes taken from any other site that isn't GAMEVIL USA, unannounced coupon codes, or third party fan sites that may feature potentially leaked content.

9. Do not post or send any (disciplinary) actions taken by Community Managers or Moderators, such as banning, deleting posts, etc. Posting or sending private messages that are received from Community Managers or Moderators is prohibited.

10. GAMEVIL USA asks that players keep the length of their posts to a moderate length. Writing long threads can invite other players to harass the poster as well as incite arguments between players. Players creating extremely long threads will be reminded of this policy and further lengthy submissions could be removed as well as disciplinary action taken against the forum account.

    Hi Warlords!

    As a friendly reminder, I wanted to go over the required process of linking your account to HIVE to protect your account data, following the implementation of the HIVE platform in the v4.8.0 update.


    IMPORTANT: All users must link their account to a HIVE account before 8/13 PDT in order to avoid losing any account data!

    GAME ID (displays the MW account name tied to the HIVE account) is the data tied to the HIVE account.
    This includes ALL servers on the account data.

    GUEST is the data for ALL servers that is currently on the device.

    Please note that once you have a HIVE account linked to your account, you cannot replace it with another HIVE account!

    If Monster Warlord is deleted and reinstalled on the device before linking your account to HIVE, your account data will be lost.

    After linking your account to a HIVE account:
    If you link the same HIVE account to a different sub account (account on a different device), you will be given the option to choose which game data you would like to link to your account.

    However, if you want to keep multiple accounts, you will need to make sure to create and link a separate HIVE account for each sub account.

    [NOTE:] To avoid losing any account data, please be sure to link all desired accounts to separate HIVE accounts!

    [Account Linking Guide]

    Navigating to the HIVE login page:
    1. Swipe left from the main lobby.
    2. Press the 'HIVE Login' icon.
    3. This will direct you to the HIVE login page.

    From here, you can link your current Monster Warlord account by logging into the desired HIVE account.

    If you do not currently own a HIVE account, a new account can be created here by pressing 'Join' on the top right of the page.

    IMPORTANT: Please be sure to save your CS and Alliance codes in case of account loss and restoration is needed!

        I can't even open the game successfully after update. Just keeps crashing instantly. Please fix before 08/06

                  This is becoming a joke now, few of my guild members have lost their account due to this flawed system which you guys have implemented.

                  They get told to visit a link to hive where they fill up a long uncessary form with their cs an allianve codes and dont hear back from em...

                  This is becoming a criminal enterprise, mugging players of by taking there money an doing all then after...

                  Sort this out people b4 some1 decides to take necessary action... This is a serious issue...

                    So i logged in HIVE with my google account and i didnt create a seperate HIVE account. Is this also good or do i need to create a HIVE account? Just asking to be sure since i dont want to loose my account. Since logging in with Google/Facebook were also an option

                      Hey HydroNL,

                      If you made an account either in-game or not, and logged into it with your account through MW, you should be good to go, as long as your data is linked, The Alliance/HIVE tab will turn from 3 buttons into 4, with the one option "hive profiles" being added to the area, and the hive login will turn to 'HIVE Logout'.

                      Edit; Also assumed as soon as I saw this update that there would be people who lose/lost their accounts with minimal CS effort to help..Really unfortunate. Just seems like they're trying to lower the playerbase intentionally, although the hive platform is good in itself, just the lack of support and all.. Really disheartening.

                        Ok.. soy una tonta y no entiendo nada!
                        Primero porque GUEST lo entiendo como INVITED y así hago mucha confusión!
                        Vamos por ejemplo:
                        Voy a comprar un nuevo móvil y quiero pasar mi cuenta (vinculada en Hive) del viejo móvil al nuevo.
                        En el nuevo móvil voy a descargar el juego.
                        Cuando voy a hacer el login con los datos de mi cuenta vinculada en Hive me sale el mensaje que tengo que elegir si usar GAME ID o GUEST y me avisan que los datos no seleccionados serán eliminados.
                        Entonces.. que voy a poner?
                        GAME ID o GUEST ?
                        Es muy importante clarificarlo en las instrucciones que están acá.
                        Se podría escribir:
                        GUEST = CURRENTLY ON THIS DEVICE
                        GAME ID = OTHER ACCOUNT THAT YOU WANT LOAD
                        o vice versa
                        Sharps, por favor, puedes clarificar?

                          GUEST is the data currently on the device.

                          USER ID is the data saved on the hive account.
                          Choosing USER ID WILL wipe all the accounts on the GUEST device, and place all the User ID ones into the device (Be they non existant or fully grown accounts). I tried with a lv 4 korea+lv 4 g2 GUEST device. As I loaded my HIVE account, the korea was wiped (I had none saved on HIVE), and the g2 was swapped with mine.

                          If you have an account in another device that you want to keep safe, even if it's on a different server, you HAVE to get a new HIVE id.

                          If you're just swapping phones @adabee, you choose GAME ID.

                          @Sharps, I suggest mentioning in the main post, that GAME ID means the data for ALL servers currently on the hive account, while GUEST holds the data for all servers currently in the device.
