    Default [Notice] Service Termination Notice


    We would like to address the rumors that have been circulating during the past few days.

    It is with a heavy heart that the rumors are true, but the information within the post was false.

    We will be discontinuing the service of Afterpulse and we thank you for all the love and support you have given the game.

    We sincerely apologize for being unable to continue providing service for this game and we again would like to thank you for your continued love and support.

    Please refer down below regarding the game service and forum closure schedule.

    ■ Game Server Termination Notice

    1. Game Server Closed Date: 11/13/2017 (Mon)

    2. New downloads and in-app purchases are no longer available from 10/13/2017 (Fri)

    ※ Only new downloads and additional in-app purchases are disabled, gameplay and gold usage will be available until the termination date.

    ■ Refunds

    1. Refund Conditions

    1) Refunds are only available for the gold you have by 10/13/2017 (Fri).

    2) The refund will only encompass the amount of gold that is within the amount of your payment.

    2. Refund Period

    - 11/13/2017 (Mon) ~ 12/13/2017 (Wed)

    3. Requesting a Refund

    - Please take a screenshot of your gold and payment history, along with any relevant personal information (CS Code, HIVE ID, account name, server, etc) and go to HIVE Customer Service Refund Center.

    To request a refund, please provide us all the information listed below when contacting customer support:

    1) New registration will be unavailable from the service termination date (11/13/2017).

    2) Any data will be unrecoverable after forum closure.

    3) Therefore, any data you wish to keep, please save data separately before the closure.
