    Default [Notice] Service Termination Notice (8/9 PDT)


    Greetings Adventurers, This is the ArcheAge Begins Team.
    First off, we would like to thank all users who have supported ArcheAge Begins and its endeavors since its Launch in November of 2017.
    However, we must regrettably inform you that ArcheAge Begins will be ending its service in 2018.
    We have made the difficult decision of terminating service for ArcheAge Begins on August 9, 2018 PDT
    Instead of ending our services on a sad note, we would like to show our appreciation for valued ArcheAge Begins players. We want you to have an enjoyable gaming experience, right to the service end date.
    So, as a parting gift, we have completed one final update on June 26th PDT.

    Thank you for showing incredible support and love for ArcheAge Begins throughout its time of service

    ■ Service Termination Notice

    1. Service End Date: 8/9/2018 PDT
    2. Last Day For In-App Purchases: After Maintenance 6/26/2018 PDT
    3. Last Day For Game Downloads: 7/9/2018 PDT

    ※ You will be able to spend Gems and play the game as usual until the service end date. However, making in-game purchases and downloading the game will no longer be available at the dates specified above.
    ※ Monthly Packages will no longer be available for purchases after the 6/26 PDT Update and unclaimed Gems from the packages will be delivered all to your mailbox (Delivery Date will be notified to all users)

    ■ Refund Policy

    1. Gems remaining after the 6/26 PDT Update will be qualified for a Refund.
    2. Refunds will be issued for "Purchased Gems" only.
    *Excludes 'Gems' awarded through events, gameplay, gifts, etc.

    ■ Refund Request Date
    - Starts : 8/9/2018 PDT
    - Ends : 9/8/2018 PDT

    Default REFUNDS

    Any more information about requesting refunds? The link provided DOES NOT go to costumer service... It just loops. Please advise.
