    Default [Notice] Exclusive Pack Purchase Issue and Compensation (Sent 2/10)

    Greetings from the Dragon Blaze Team.

    We are aware that there was a serious issue where players could change the time format of their phone in order to exploit the Exclusive Packages that were offered recently and purchase each package up to 7 times. Additionally, there was an error where the Exclusive Package would reset by itself, allowing players to purchase the package twice.

    The time exploit has been fixed with the 2/3 Maintenance and we will be providing players who did not exploit with the opportunity to purchase a special pack that will only be available to the players who did not abuse the exploit. Additionally, special rewards will be given out to the players that did not abuse the exploit.
    Because the package reset automatically on its own, any players who purchased the packages up to 2 times will not be considered as exploiting. However, any players who purchased a pack more than twice will be considered as exploiting and will not receive the compensation that has been prepared. These items will be sent out during the maintenance patch and will be available to users in their mailbox.

    The following information has been decided regarding the exploit:

    1. Any players who purchased the package up to 2 times will not be considered as exploiting.
    2. Any players who purchased the package 3 or more times will be considered as exploiting.
    3. A special package will be available for players who did not exploit.
    4. Players who did not exploit will receive 3x El Gaia Weapons Summon and 10 2x Infinity Card Summons as compensation. This reward has been sent out after maintenance on 2/10.

    Limit Packages for Sale (due to Limit Package issue)
    - Sales Period: 2/11(Tue) After maintenance ~ Before Notice
    - Limit Package 1 ($0.99) : Affinity Item X100 + Infinity Card Summon X1 (5 per account)
    - Limit Package 2 ($99.99) : Special Infinity Card Summon X10 + Infinity Card Select Summon X5 + SS Grade El Gaia's Weapons Select Summon Ticket X5 (5 per account)

    Greetings Bodens,

    On 2/10 PST, we have sent compensation for the "Exclusive Pack Purchase Issue."
    After investigation, there has been a total of 3 players that have been excluded from the list.
    This issue arose from players purchasing on different platforms.

    We have temporarily disabled these player's accounts and will be retrieving the compensation they have received.
    During this time we will retrieve the rewards for each player in order, once all the rewards are retrieved we will lift the temporary ban.

    Ban Time will differ from player to player.
    Depending on their ban time, we will provide compensation in Rubies.

    We will also patch these accounts so they may not be able to purchase additional packages from this issue.

    I was a good boy as well ! i got the 10x IC special summon but not the Gaia weapons, they have been send out or do i need to contact the support ?

    We're happy to hear that! If you did not receive the El Gaia Summon compensation rewards, please submit a report to CS and they will assist.

    To send a ticket, go to your in-game settings and tap [Game Info] then tap the [detail] button next to customer support
    and from there, tap 1:1 support.
    To view responses for your inquiries, you can do so by going to System (in-game) >Account>Tap Support> ≡ button located in the top right corner
